Dave has 12+ years’ experience in software engineering and defence related system engineering. Commercial experience includes requirements gathering, system design, development, setting-to-work, testing, and commissioning of complex software solutions using various architectures. Military systems experience includes submarine combat suites, periscope simulators, command and control simulators, submarine steering and control simulators.

Phetso is an MBA graduate of the University of Stellenbosch and is responsible for Human Resources, Governance and Compliance at CAD. Phetso has extensive experience in Customer Relations and Supply Chain Management, and has also gained international experience through Management coordination of offices in Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia and Mauritius, for a 1500 member-strong Pan-African network organization.

Gavin is a graduate of Britannia Royal Navy College and a former Warfare Office in the Royal Navy. He has a broad range of operational and leadership experience from various Royal Navy and NATO units which he has applied to 10+ years of sales management in the maritime industry. Through senior management responsibilities for renowned global maritime companies, he has first-hand knowledge of complex maritime and naval systems applications through delivering customer requirements in large-scale acquisitions.

Terri has over 30 years’ experience in Financial Management and is one of the original founders of the Cybicom Group of companies. As CAD’s Financial Officer, Terri is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company’s finance function. Terri is also involved in marketing, and has represented the groups various companies at local and international trade shows.
